This seemed like a normal Qdoba, but a bit cleaner looking in the dining area... A few complaints: The woman making my food had a grumpy look on her face. She wasn't mean or anything, but she definitely wasn't friendly. (I get it when maybe you're having a bad day or don't like your job- but I've worked at Subway before... it's your job to be friendly to people who just want a sandwich) The guy doing cash register WAS friendly, but perhaps a bit loose with the lips when he accidentally muttered "I can't believe you paid over $6 for this" (I got a naked taco salad & a pop). I didn't hear him at first and said "what?" and then he said "oh oh... nothing! sorry... nevermind". I actually felt a bit bad for him. Seemed like a nice guy, but get control over that tongue!

Food tasted fresh and was a filling. Add to it that Qdoba currently has a $15 deal: Any 2 entrees, 2 regular soft drinks (free refills dine-in), & 1 order chips & salsa. Valid after 4pm until 02/02/12. Not a bad value for the deal, especially when you end up taking food home.

Get a q-card for a free meal every so-often! You can't go wrong with any selecting - a very cost effective meal without sacrificing quality and taste. The best part is that it is made fresh, in front of you in a very clean restaurant. Some adult beverages available too!

I was excited when this Qdoba location opened up because it is right by my Target. Service has always been very good and friendly. I love almost everything on the menu but I always get the same thing. I never get sick of Qdoba and it is family friendly.

This Qdoba has the absolute worst customer service. I don't mind waiting if there is a line, but this Qdoba never seems to have more than 2 people working up front. I walked in today and there was NOBODY WAITING, but neither of the two people working could take my order because they were making an online order. They also are unfriendly and very slow to acknowledge that you're even there.

I really like Qdoba for lunch because their burritos will fill you up for under $7. There's never a line when I come here; I don't think many people even know this place exists in this neighborhood, so I get pretty fast service.

I'm not a fan of corporate places but sometimes location and hunger intersect and you gotta go with it! Since I've had to go gluten free this has presented a huge challenge. I thought I would be safe here, so I gave it a shot. First, the location has ample parking that is easy to get in and out of. A huge plus for the city! Second, it is new and was very clean. Another bonus. I ordered a chicken dish with rice and veggies and asked about gluten and was taken care of by the employee. As I was checking out I requested the chips and salsa and the second employee had heard me mention my allergy and cautioned me that the chips were fried with flour tortillas. This is huge! Cross contamination can make you sick and unsure how it happened. Although I was disappointed, I appreciated her taking the time to warn me. Definitely a team that knows about food allergies and have been properly trained, that's hard to find. If hunger and location intersect again, I'd definitely go back.

I'm sorry to say that I found the beans to be soggy and the cheese to be fairly worthless. It's a poorman's Chipotle at best :( sorry

When you have a hankering for fast and relatively healthy Mexican food you can certainly count on this chain. This newish location has ample parking and ample seating. Probably a good place to take a group judging by all the kids and families in here. I'm not sure if it is because this place is new, but the portions are way bigger than any other Qdoba I've been to which adds to the value you get out of it. There's even a flat screen tv here so you can catch the latest sports / news and the large floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of sun and make it a generally enjoyable environment to eat in for a fast food joint.

The first time I ate Qdoba this was my first thought: Chipotle is way better. I still think so, but ive grown to accept Qdoba as a bootleg version of Chipotle and eat it on occasion (since its much closer to me than the nearest Chipotle) The Guac here is good, but just not on the same level as the gold standard of Chipotle. When im in desperate need of a quick burrito i can deal with it here.

Great place for lunch! If you come around noon there is almost never a line, plenty of seating and parking, and they have one of those cool coke machines which are always nice! I'm a big fan of the burrito bowls! I like to mix and match ingredients every time and they offer a lot of variety. The staff seems friendly and someone always comes by to take your trash when you finish and they keep things very tidy. Only drawback is it can be a little chilly inside so you might want to bring a sweater! The have nice outdoor seating for when it warms up though.

Had to wait to meet someone at ATT so decided to grab dinner. Got a beef burrito and chips and salsa. The burrito was good. Chips were decent but we're not as fresh as I would prefer. They weren't stake but weren't fresh at the same time. The pico was in little cups and it was clear they had been in there awhile. So in summary. Qdoba is good for a convenient meal when you need to get in and out and don't have time for a nicer Mexican restaurant. But if you have time you will spend less and have fresher better Mexican at others nearby like El Tapatio.

A couple of weeks ago when they did a teaser commercial for upcoming news, saying Qdoba closing 6 Saint Louis locations, my tummy did not flip flops. I immediately prayed to the taco and burrito gods asking them to please save my local Qdoba. I don't eat there often, but I like having it in my hood when the craving arises within me. As the news anchor started to read the list off, I kept my fingers crossed. When she was done, I had a sigh of relief and wiped the sweat from brow. The city locations had survived the closings, the shuttered stores were all on the east side of the river and out in the county. In celebration of the good news, we decided it was a Qdoba night for dinner. Neither of us were really hungry, so we just ordered some Queso and Guacamole. We had salsa at home and cold Mexican beer to round out the snack. The two bags of chips were huge and more then enough for both us to enjoy with some left over for the lunch sack the next day. The chips at Qdoba are a little salty, but I like their lightness and crispness. The Queso is always good and their guacamole can beat some of the local cheap eat in Mexican restaurants. The staff here as many fast food places is like a revolving door. It is constantly changing, but each time they are friendly and efficient in preparing our order. Even thought it was all new faces, I told them I was glad they survived the closings. I had an anniversary reward to redeem on my Qdoba card so our snack dinner was only $3. What a deal!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
